OOMOO® 25 & 30 SILICONE
OOMOO® 25 & 30 are easy to use silicone rubber compounds that feature convenient one-to-one by volume mix ratios (no scale necessary). Both have very low viscosity for easy mixing and pouring, and vacuum degassing is usually not necessary. Both products cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage and have good tear strength. OOMOO® 30 has a 30-minute pot life, with a six-hour cure time. OOMOO® 25 is a faster version, with a 15-minute pot life and 75 minute cure time. OOMOO® 25 & 30 are suitable for a variety of art-related and industrial applications including making molds for sculpture and prototype reproduction, casting plaster, resins and wax.
- OOMOO® 25 - Shore 25A hardness
- OOMOO® 30 - Shore 30A hardness

Dragon Skin® High Performance Silicone Rubber
Dragon Skin® Series silicones are high performance platinum cure silicone rubbers that can be mixed 1A:1B by weight or volume and cure at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Cured Dragon Skin® is very strong and very “stretchy”. It will stretch many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion. Dragon Skin® is suitable for making high performance molds used for rapid prototyping, wax casting (foundries and candle makers), architectural restoration and for casting concrete.

In addition, Dragon Skin® is used in many special effects applications, especially animatronics where repetitive motion is required. It is water white translucent and will accept pigments for creating color effects. Because of the superior physical properties and flexibility of Dragon Skin®, it is also used for orthopedic & cushioning applications. Dragon Skin® Series silicone rubbers are available in Shore hardnesses of 10A, 20A and 30A. In addition, the Dragon Skin® 10 materials are available in SLOW, MEDIUM and FAST versions.

Dragon Skin® FX-Pro
Dragon Skin® FX-Pro is a soft, stable, high performance platinum silicone rubber specifically designed for creating silicone makeup appliances and skin effects. Dragon Skin® FX-Pro is compatible with Skin-Tite® silicone adhesive as well as medical grade pressure sensitive adhesives for adhering silicone appliances temporarily to the skin. Soft and stretchy FX-Pro has a Shore hardness of 2A. FX-Pro can be combined with SLACKER® deadening agent to create a very soft silicone gel for filling encapsulated silicone pieces. An infinite number of color effects can be achieved by adding Silc-Pig® silicone pigments. Cured rubber can also be painted with the Psycho Paint® system.

|
What Makes Dragon Skin® FX-Pro Unique? Soft - Shore 2A hardness allows for softer appliances using less SLACKER® deadening agent Low Viscosity - combined with long working time reduces bubbles and makes pouring easier Cures Dry - will not leach silicone fluid Long Working Time - 10-12 minute working time is good for larger pours or injections Fast Cure - 40 minute cure time allows for quick turnaround of castings or molds More Workable - Do More - has a ‘gel’ stage - slushing the material into prosthetic molds is easier Dragon Skin® FX Pro is mixed 1A:1B by weight or volume. Liquid rubber can be thinned with Silicone Thinner® or thickened with Thi-Vex® II. Rubber cures at room temperature (73°F / 23°C) with negligible shrinkage. |
