COLD CURE
Great for composite repairs in unheated spaces or in the field, this epoxy system can be used down to 2°C in 100% humidity. It's also low odour and free of volatile organic compounds. The system is a solid, unfilled, medium modulus, with low viscosity and high moisture tolerance. It is non-shrinking, flexible and has excellent resistance to cracking, abrasion, common chemicals and fatigue. Clear and is compatible with most paints and clear finishes. It can be machined, sanded and tapped when cured.
Originally developed to be used in cold weather, Cold cure is now relied upon as an all-purpose resin by boat
builders, contractors, engineers, manufactures, homeowners and artisans. Cold Cure is a 100% solids, unfilled, medium modulus, low viscosity, moisture tolerant epoxy system. It has low order and no VOC'S. It is non-shrinking, flexible and has excellent resistance to cracking, abrasion, common chemicals and fatigue. It is compatible with most paints and finishes When mixed with fillers it is an excellent gap filling putty. When cured it can be machined, drilled, sanded and tapped. It can be applied underwater. It can be used in temperatures down to 2C(35F) in 100% humidity. It is a 2:1 Ratio. It will not blush and cures overnight. Please contact your nearest IPP store for available sizes and prices
G-1 EPOXY
G1 (1:1 ratio) was developed for use on wooden airframes and offers long working time at high temperatures (recommended for use at 20°C/70°F or over; working time is 60 minutes and cure time is 24 hours). It is the system of choice for projects where large areas are to be glued and when maximum fatigue resistance is required (for skis, golf clubs, etc.).

G2- EPOXY
For over 35 years, G-2 has been the best epoxy glue for oily, acidic hardwoods like teak and other precious tropical woods. Use it for gluing oak and cedars, as well as other materials that are difficult to bond. G-2 was developed primarily for waterproof bonding of rot-resistant woods used in fine yacht joinery. Use G-2 for both interior and exterior applications as well as below the waterline. G-2 can be mixed in small or large batches, has a long pot life and cures overnight. No clamping pressure is required. It is an excellent gap-filler and putty when mixed with thickening agents and fillers. After fully curing it can be machined, drilled, sanded and tapped.

Product Uses
Marine - Ideal for stitch-and-glue, sheet plywood, strip planking and cold molding. Perfect for laminating stems, ribs and deck beams. Bonds marine woods to fiberglass, ferro cement and steel vessels. Can be mixed with wood flour, anti-sag powders, minifibers, microballoons or sand to make marine fillers, gels, putties, fairing compounds and grouts.
Construction- Use for making strong structural joints and laminations. G-2 is found in laminated wood beams, doors, windows, millwork. Furniture and cabinets, window frames and wooden tools
GR EPOXY
G-R is a unique blend of high strength epoxies with man made rubber. The combination results in a flexible bonding agent with adhesive properties greater that its component parts. G-R has a very high bond strength. It is mixed at a simple 1:1 mix ratio
G-R is very flexible and has energy absorption toughness. It is also water resistant. G-R is often used to bond dissimilar materials or materials to which conventional adhesives will not bond such as copper, aluminum ( and alloys of these materials ) and many advanced composite materials.
G-R is the toughest epoxy produced by Industrial Formulators. It has nylon and rubber added to make it perfect for bonding dissimilar materials including exotic laminates and alloys. Ideal for skis, snowboards and mountain bikes. 1:1 Ratio Amber color. Please contact your nearest IPP store for available sizes and prices
S1 EPOXY SEALER
S-1 is extremely effective in preserving and prolonging the service life of all woods, concrete, metals and fiberglass reinforced polyester. It is a two component 50% solids epoxy/polyamide penetrating coating. It is specially formulated to allow all solvents to evaporate before curing to ensure a complete waterproof barrier to inhibit rot, rust, freeze-thaw damage and osmosis.
S-1 Sealer contains internal rust inhibitors as that provide a tough barrier against moisture to preserve metals and alloys from oxidization, stains and tarnish. It is suitable for interior and exterior finishes above and below the waterline. Use S-1 when you want a brilliant clear finish.
S1 is an excellent undercoat primers for most paints and clear finishes. To ensure maximum adhesion, sand lightly but thoroughly to a uniform dull finish before applying latex, enamels, more epoxy, varnish, polyurethanes or bottom paints. When used as an exterior clear finish over wood, S-1 must be over-coated with varnish or a suitable polyurethane to protect the surfaces from ultra violet rays. All unprotected epoxies will eventually transform from high gloss to semi-gloss if continuously exposed to sunlight. Wood - Use S-1 as a interior clear finish preservative, or exterior primer-sealer under paints and varnish on small boats and yachts. Use as a fine furniture finish or preservative sealer for wooden foundations, doors, windows and sashes. An excellent sanitary sealer for wooden hot tubs, kitchen counters and floors. Wooden tools, toys, fishing rods and pool cues.
Metal - S-1 protects metal against structural damage from salt water and most other corrosive environments.
Concrete - S1 penetrates concrete to end dusting, staining, spalding and seeping. They resist gas, oil, transmission fluid, salt and cleaning solutions. Excellent for concrete floors in factories, garages, basements, retaining walls, concrete foundations, pipes, tubs and ponds. These products are also excellent for ferro cement boats, barges and yachts, as well as kitchen counters, bird baths and sculptures.
Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) - For maximum water and chemical resistance, FRP should be sealed with an epoxy suitable for underwater. Regular fiberglass resin (polyester) contains water soluble consituants which can over time dissolve, resulting in softening, weight gain, cosmetic and structural degradation. Both are effective in minimizing the damage caused by water on FRP boats and other FRP structures subject to constant submersion.

SEALTRONIC
Sealtronic 21AC-7V is a two part (polymer) compound developed for the communications and electronics industries as a means to protect circuits and other sensitive equipment. Sealtronic is completely non-porous and waterproof.
An electronic component, if it has been encapsulated in Sealtronic, can literally be submerged in water and will remain functional (ie: oceanography). Sealtronic was developed over several years to cure with less that on half of one percent shrinkage. Shrinkage can induce strains on sensitive electronic components during the curing process.
In addition, Sealtronic's rate of curing is controlled to the point where the heat generated during the cure is also minimal.
