Knives stay sharp when cutting on SaniBoard HDPE. Instead of contacting a rigid surface that dulls the blade, SaniBoard HDPE gives on contact and because of its unique molecular structure, cuts in the board self heal and become indiscernible.
HDPE Textured sheet is a material that is food grade and suitable for cutting boards, counters, shelves, and as a protective surface. This material is textured on both sides with a typical cutting board surface treatment.It is dishwasher safe, cleaning chemical resistant, and can be fabricated with most wood working techniques.
