Multipanel
Multipanel is a superior and innovative alternative to traditional
building materials such as MDF, fibre cement sheeting, particle board
plasterboard, marine plywood, PVC panels, balsa wood core products and other
composite materials.
Multipanel is suitable for interior and exterior marine
fitouts. Applications include bulkheads, wall and ceiling linings, doors,
furniture, cabinetry, freezers and fridges, waterproof substrate for flooring
and decks, for bathroom and galley benchtops. Increased strength to weight
ratio facilitates higher speeds and reduced fuel consumption, achieving better
operating economy and performance.
Super light weight ( up to 70% lighter than marine plywood)
and waterproof ( absolutely rot proof) can save thousands of dollars in
repairs, material replacement and labour costs. Compatable with polyester,
vinyl and epoxy resins when glass reinforcement is required. IMO fire rated
timber veneer finishes also available.
Multipanel is a non - toxic, non - hazardous material
containing no fibrous or flammable components, contains no ozone damaging
agents,
no greenhouse gases, no
volatile organic compounds (no VOC emmissions) and is fire retardant, using non
- halogen containing fire retardant additives
Outstanding features and benefits of Multipanel
Lightweight - easy to handle, transport and install.
Totally waterproof - will not rot - save on costly
replacement materials and labour costs.
Excellent insulation
and acoustic properties.
Strong and durable-
stronger than traditional foam alternatives.
Fire retardant
properties.
Easy to use - glue
and screw Easy to cut with standard wood working tools, waterjet cutt and CNC
machine.
Easy and safe to
fabricate - non toxic and non carcinogenic.
Limitless design
applications, interior and exterior.
Versatile - easy to
heat and bend, achieve concave or convex shapes.
MultiPanel is a
flexible material, however once laminated increases stiffness and toughness
while optimising weight.
Cost effective
alternative for a light weight, high strength core material or sandwich panel.
Save thousands of dollars
on labour, freight, fuel and installation costs.
Compatible with a
wide variety of finishes including texture coating, acrylic paints, 2 pack
painting, laminates, timber veneers, fibreglass, stonework, tiling and various
metal finishes.
Classified by CSIRO
for use as an internal wall lining panel for use in all areas including wet
areas.
Resistant to damage
from termites, birds and other pests
Multipanel, due to its excellent thermal insulation
properties, results in lower energy use in all domestic and industrial
applications.
Multipanel is a non - toxic, non - hazardous material

component is manufactured from natural non petroleum based oils. Multipanel can
be used as an alternative to many timber based products, thus helps to conserve
our forests. Multipanel products are lower in weight than conventional building
products, conserving fuel consumption in shipping/freight and in transport
fitout applications. Multipanel foam can be granulated and recycled as
insulation foam.
