TEST PATCH: A test area will indicate the time required for project completion and suitability of product for the substrate.
PREPARATION:
Ensure that all areas not to be cleaned are suitably protected.
DO NOT DILUTE OR MIX the product prior to application.
DO NOT PRE-WASH the surface to be cleaned.
COVERAGE: Between 300 to 450 sq. ft. per US gallon (7.5 to 11 sq. m. per L)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Remove loose flakes of rust and other debris before application.
2) Apply a thin layer of REMOVALL™ RUST REMOVER by brush, roller, rag, hand pump or conventional spray equipment, depending on size of affected area.
3) Allow the product to soak deep into the rust. Most rust will be converted within 10 to 15 minutes.
4) Once rust has been cleaned, wipe the product off using a cloth or rag and rinse with water prior to applying new coating.
5) Deep rooted rust and aged rust may take longer dwell times and repeated application.
6) If rust inhibition is desired and new coating will not be applied, DO NOT RINSE; allow residue to air dry and wipe residue with a cloth.
