Simple Wash
SIMPLE WASH™ cleans and brightens any outdoor surface including wood decks, plastic decks and treatments, vinyl siding and gutters, stucco, concrete and fiberglass. SIMPLE WASH™ removes grime, mildew, water and rust stains. It rinses easily with water, and can be used on all coatings and treated lumber at recommended use dilutions.

Always prepare a test patch in an inconspicuous area prior to full application. This will indicate the desired dilution ratio and suitability of product for the substrate.
PREPARATION:
Use on dry or damp surfaces. Pre-wet vegetation. Remove or protect aluminium and other metal doors, windows and fixtures; which may tarnish.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
Dilute SIMPLE WASH™ with water according to need or use directly through power washer. Apply with garden sprayer or through power washer. Scrub where required. Use a synthetic bristle brush to help remove grime. SIMPLE WASH™ will completely penetrate and dissolve grime. For discolored decks, rust stains heavy grime, allow 5 to 15 minutes of contact before rinsing. Rinse wood in direction of grain with water using a garden hose or a 500-1200 psi power washer. A power washer will eliminate the need for
scrubbing.
COVERAGE:
200 to 2,000 sq. ft/US gallon- 5 to 50 sq.m./L, depending on surface.
PRECAUTIONS:
Wear rubber gloves and eye protection. Avoid ingestion or contact with skin or eyes. Wear personal protective equipment. When spraying wear NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator. Do not expose to bare metal.
FIRST AID:
Product contains phosphoric acid. In case of eye or skin contact, immediately flush with cold water for 30 minutes. If swallowed give lots of milk or water. Get medical attention.
DISPOSAL:
Dispose of remaining product in accordance with applicable environmental and government regulations.

SIMPLE WASH™ is a powerful maintenance cleaner and brightener for outdoor wood, concrete, fiberglass, and plastic surfaces. Use for tough discoloration such as tannin bleeding through paint, surface mildew stains, rust and sprinkler residue. Use a corrosion resistant sprayer and rinse with a high water volume power washer. A warm water rinse increases effectiveness. Heavily grayed wood is best restored using WOODWASH™. Peeling stains or paints will require STRIPEX®, STRIPEX®-L or
RINSE or PEEL One™.
