A top quality Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) primer.As a sanding primer it fills small holes and imperfections in the substrate and provides a smooth finish for top coating.The composition will improve hold out and adhesion of most finishes.Suitable for above and below the waterline in marine applications when top coat dries.Dries to touch in one hour - re-coat in four hours.
