Concrete Sealer
Applying a transparent concrete sealer to an exposed-aggregate surface can improve both its performance and appearance. These sealers typically film-forming acrylic resins can help protect against spalling, dusting, efflorescence, freeze-thaw damage, stains, deicing salts, and abrasion. A sealer will also enhance the color of the aggregate, accentuating its depth and richness.
SEAL CURE/25 is an economical, high solids formulation of acrylic polymers and a quick-evaporating solvent, suitable for commercial and industrial applications such as sidewalks, patios, driveways and multi-level parking decks. It provides a durable finish that increases resistance to chemicals, oils, grease, de-icing salts and abrasion. SealCure/25 will give your exposed aggregate a elegant "Wet Look" that is easy to clean.

Broomed surface 4.9 m²/L (240 ft.²/gal.)
Trowelled surface up to 14.7 m²/L(720 ft.²/gal.)
Coverage is approximate and depends on the porosity of the surface.
Packaging
3.78 litre or 18.9 litre pails and 205 litre drums
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Product container provides all application information. Read and follow all instructions and precautions.Apply by sprayer, long nap roller, soft bristle broom or lamb's wool applicator. Standard garden-type sprayers equipped with a neoprene hose and gaskets are recommended for best results.Restrict foot traffic for at least 4 hours preferably, 12 hours.
Should not be applied during high temperature conditions in direct sunlight. These conditions cause rapid evaporation, which does not allow the film to form properly. Under these conditions, the film may peel, bubble, and/or turn white (blush).
Should not be applied to concrete exposed to excessive moisture. Entrapped moisture in a solvent based sealer may cause the film to peel and/or turn white (blush). For greater protection and higher sheen, apply a further coating of SEAL CURE and/or apply a coating of Seal Cure/25.
CLEAN UP
Clean tools and equipment after use with a solvent such as SEALTIGHT Solvent, Xylene or Toluol.

Contains solvent. Use with adequate ventilation and avoid prolonged breathing of vapours that may cause dizziness or suffocation. Avoid contact with skin and/or eyes.
