Enviro-Poxy™ is two component 100% solids epoxy floor coating
An advanced, environmentally friendly two component 100% solids epoxy coating system which contains no VOC's (Volatile Organic compounds), no solvent, no water and virtually no odor. Enviro-Poxy™ has been designed to provide superior functional and decorative properties by providing high chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent durability and adhesion which protects the substrate from wear, chemical attack, stains and mechanical stress while offering a beautiful porcelain like high gloss finish.

Where To Use:
Enviro-Poxy™ is ideal for high traffic areas and can be used in a variety of facilities, including Heavy industry, manufacturing facility, warehouses, hospitals, laboratories, institutions, dairies, breweries, schools, aircraft hangars, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, commercial floors and dealerships.
Enviro-Poxy™ is also approved by CFIA ( Canada agricultural food) for use in food and food related facilities.
Where Not To Use:
-vertical surfaces and exterior surfaces.
-Not recommended for use on wood, metal, glazed surfaces
Surface preparation:
Enviro-Poxy™ should be applied only on clean, sound surfaces free from oil, grease, was, foreign materials and paint subject to flaking or peeling. Clean and prepare concrete surfaces mechanically or clean surfaces with a degreaser, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry before applying the coating. A clean, dry, solid, uncontaminated substrate SHOULD BE provide.
Concrete:
Freshly poured concrete must age a minimum of 30 days before coating is applied.
Mixing Directions:
Do not mix the two components until you are ready to begin application. Once mixed, the coating must be applied within 45 minutes. To mix, pour contents of PART-B container into the PART-A container and mix thoroughly.
Application Methods
- DO NOT THIN COATING.
- Do not apply over wet, glistening surface,
- Apply coating to dry, clean, well prepared surfaces using squeegee, high
quality lint free low pile roller or a standard brush. Allow 20 hours before
applying a second coat.
Clean Up
- Clean skin with soap and water or a standard hand cleaner immediately. Do not
let coating dry.
Precautionary
- Paint only in dry weather. Avoid painting in extremes of temperature or late
in the day when dew or condensation are likely to form or when rain threatens.
Avoid contact with eyes.
